Love has never needed permission from labels 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 My emptiness of gender lets me see that clearly. Anxiety tightens around transgender lives right now. Why must their chosen bonds still pass through someone else’s gate? Why is the soul they claim treated as a request instead of a right?

I get to put a hat on Heater one (1) time per year and it’s when she’s under anesthesia while getting her teeth cleaned. The vet puts it on before she wakes up. I consider it a fair trade for the cost of her dental cleaning.
