This was tough - 8 peaks over 20 miles in 10 hours with a hail storm on Bleabury! At least I didn't need my Advance Decision to Refuse Treatment - my only health issue is sore feeet. Thank you Keswick Mountain Festival for a great day out.

Geriatricians & physios: can you recommend videos to teach 1. Getting up from a fall 2. Practice exercises to build/maintain strength to get up after a fall. The faller has a sensory peripheral neuropathy affecting joint position sense but not fine touch or pain. Thanks! #falls
