Somehow, doing nothing out of the ordinary today, I have very much fucked up my left ankle & foot. Plain from the top of my big toe all the way up the top inside of my foot to the entire inside half of my ankle any time I flex, point, try to put weight on, etc. Pain has been gradual & is now 😩

Right behind my breastbone. Chugging water didn't help. Need to eat something solid to push them down, but the only thing I have in my room are chili lime dried mangoes...🌶🍋🟩🥭
