I am in Albany for like 36 hours on a trip that is primarily leisure & I didn’t bring allergy medication cause I’ve been fine lately in NYC but am discovering that I played myself.

A few weeks ago I was with some work colleagues who had never taken the metro north on the Hudson line and I was like “sit on this side (obviously the river side), facing the direction of the train and romanticize your life” and this is evergreen train advice.

NY city first for me: called 911 about a suspected gas leak. (Everyone is fine! Downstairs neighbor left their gas on! Shout out FDNY who was here in under 5 minutes)

want to join one of the gay run clubs now that I am clearing 4 miles comfortably but their pacing starts at 11 minute miles and I am not there yet :(

had one of my wisdom teeth taken out and wow!! It’s been so long since I’ve dealt with teeth pain????? I don’t know what to do with myself????

googled “full body pulsating heat?” and google was like “please go inside.”

it’s two am, I just left the club, I’m thinking about tomorrow’s run.
