We are back to Dartmouth this week with a special coffee & cruise! Meet at Albro Lake Park Thursday, June 18th for coffee at 7:00am 🚲 Afterwards, we’ll be doing a quick ride through the trails in Cyril Smith Golden Acres Park. It’s a bit like Shubie Jr. - gravel, a couple hills, and lake views.

"After a long day on my bicycle, I feel refreshed, cleansed, purified. I feel that I have established contact with my environment & that I am at peace. On days like that I am permeated with a profound gratitude for my bicycle.” -cycling innovator Paul de Vivie #BicycleBirthday April 28 (1853-1930)

Someone on Facebook complained that the effort we spent holding a funeral for a raccoon-shaped traffic cone would have been put to better use picking up litter. We can do that too – meet at the diverter this Saturday. #BikeHfx

A bright red poster titled "Care for your community. Neighbourhood litter clean-up". It has a hand-drawn illustration of Skritchy, a raccoon, next to some pieces of litter including a Tim Horton's coffee cup and some cigarette butts. At the bottom, it says: "Meet at the diverter. Intersection of Harvard and Allan streets. Saturday, 25 April 2026. 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Bags and gloves will be provided."
