You lose a grade. There’s absolutely no reason a school needs this information other than to exert control over our bodies.
All animals should have universalized unconditional socialized healthcare that’s free at the point of the user. This obviously also includes humans.

prison abolition is a worthy goal, the important caveat in this is that "family/kinship systems" and "local communities" are generally carceral institutions themselves closer to prisons rather than alternatives to prisons
and they believe it so instinctively, and view it as such natural common sense, that they're genuinely shocked and offended when they say something implicitly or overtly position trans women as "men-lite" or some "third thing" unaffected by the things that affect "women," and get pushback
