I’m so thankful that people are reporting on and pushing back. While we’re doing so, I’d like everyone to: (1) recognize which students and classrooms these robots are deployed in first, and (2) ask why these robots are always made to look like white women.

Today’s the 36th anniversary of the ADA and maybe I’m naive, but I think we can live in a world where access doesn’t have to be legislated and a disabled person’s value isn’t determined by their productivity under capitalism and white disabled people aren’t centered and we care for each other.

We can't prove that unicorns don't exist. So saying that they don't is irresponsible science. Except imagine if there were hundreds of peer-reviewed studies on unicorn detection that had all failed.

It might be water damaged but the vinyl is still crisp and I got it for free. I think this is the first album I’ve seen with braille on the cover. Stevie Wonder = 🐐
