I’m honored to support @dawneuer.bsky.social in her reelection. Over her time in the Senate, she has been a steadfast champion for the environment, health care & reproductive rights, and good governance. She has delivered results for Newporters and I am confident she’ll continue to do so.

Add to that: Dawn’s record on #cleanenergy and the #climatecrisis is unparalleled. She wrote our state’s landmark Act on Climate, and has supported every single bill I can think of to enable our state to meet those targets, including fighting for our 100%x2033 renewable energy standard. /5
As we approach the Sept 9 primary, bringing back this piece from @roselund.bsky.social on why @dawneuer.bsky.social is the right choice for RI Senate 13. She is the environmental champion we need in the statehouse at this critical time.
Last week @whatsupnewp.com published my op-ed on why we need to bring @dawneuer.bsky.social back to the Rhode Island Senate. tldr; Dawn has tremendous technical knowledge of utility & energy matters & is a real fighter in terms of addressing the #climatecrisis. /1 whatsupnewp.com/2026/07/lett...

Councilor Smyth put forth a resolution earlier this year directing city staff to examine our ordinances & regulations around hotels and propose changes to prevent runaway expansion. Though the resolution failed, I spoke in favor.
I spoke to @antoniafarzan.bsky.social about tourism in Newport and the balance that needs to be struck for resident. Newport is and always will be a beautiful destination for visitors, but residents shouldn’t take a back seat to tourism.
Will Newport residents say 'enough is enough' to tourism this election?
Tourism brought the city back after the Navy fleet left, but how many tourists can residents endure?

Join @climateactionri.org and endorsed candidate @dawneuer.bsky.social at Newport Craft this Wednesday to talk climate action in RI as we look forward to the election. Sen. Euer is the climate champion we need in the senate and I look forward to this event!

Many many meetings this week in Newport! Hope to see you at some of them!
I’ve been on here less - do you miss me? It is a big week in Newport! This summer, I feel like everything is happening at once. Let’s go through it 👇👇
There’s a lot more that I could say here, but at the end of the day: if this state is serious about combatting the #climatecrisis and holding our Pennsylvania-owned utility to account, we need Dawn Euer in the RI Senate. /6/end
Important topic from a local expert. Excited for this event - and I’ll have some nomination papers for candidates still looking to get on the ballot, so if you’re a Newport voter you have two reasons to join!
Tonight at 5:30 p.m., I'll be chatting about journalism, misinformation, and today's chaotic information landscape at the Newport Public Library. I'd love to see you there!
I hit my first doors yesterday in prep for the meet & greet at Avery’s! It’s so fun to see people at the doors and talk with them but I can’t hit every door in Ward 2 on my own! Sign up on my website to volunteer and join me: www.conklinfornewport.com

Wishing everyone a safe & cool holiday weekend. It is HOT out there and heat is extremely dangerous - especially because it can sneak up on you. Stay hydrated, seek shade and AC, & check in on each other. Cooling centers in Newport listed in this @whatsupnewp.com article!
Heat wave, fireworks, alcohol = potentially dangerous weekend

Letter to the Editor: Thank you for making Elliot’s Ride for Everyone a success
Still smiling from @bikenewportri.bsky.social Elliot’s Ride! What a joy to see so many people of all ages riding, strolling walking along our coast. Elliot’s Ride for Everyone honors the life and passion of Dr. Elliot Kaminitz – a community member who lost his life riding on Memorial Blvd in 2012.
Transportation is the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in #RhodeIsland and in the United States. Bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure is a #climate solution - and an important one. Also means fewer road deaths. And better cities. And healthier populations. I could go on...
Thank you @bikenewportri.bsky.social for hosting this delightful event on an absolutely beautiful Newport morning. Great to see Council Chair Holder, Councilor Smyth, @dawneuer.bsky.social & @amo.house.gov there to support bike & ped infrastructure! And a morning of fun.

I’m so excited to participate in this Run for Climate training from @leadlocally.bsky.social! Climate change is a global issue but we can take meaningful action within our own communities. The first session is tonight and I can’t wait to learn. Let’s elect climate champions! Including me 😉
This moment demands bold action -- from all of us. That's why we're running a free, 4-week training for anyone who wants to learn how to run for office. https://actionnetwork.org/forms/apply-to-run-for-climate-june-2026/
