Today was my last day helping w/ news at @eurogamer.bsky.social. All good, as it was originally planned to be a shorter run, but I'm happy it went on for a while. Needless to say, that's an A+ team full of new and old faces I've loved working with. Nice change of pace, but back to my previous state!

Those Mercenaries games were hella good, but when EA killed Danger Close games in 2013 the third game was canned and the IP is turbo dead now. Sad.

Including Blinx here is very apt because it's the old Xbox game that larpers speak highly about but never actually played. If they had played it they would know it was middling wankery. So of course it's included in the first wave of PC back compat games from this Xbox leadership.
