i need people to observe that bands die with their musicians, and then apply that observation to every game that has ever been made
perhaps the reason we aren't getting zelda dungeons like ocarina of time's anymore is because they were made by a few uniquely crafty engineers. it would be absurd if people went around going "Damn. Wish they made more Michael jackson music" yet people treat games like this

copyright is a net negative for culture and progress. I'm sorry but that's just the facts. we need other ways to keep artists creating, not stronger regimes that can be leveraged by the already wealthy.

That collaboration, all that passion/time was freely given because it made people happy. Now its being monetized. Its exactly like Ai and the internet.
