maybe the real cure for cancer was the scooby doo with three tits we generated along the way
Nobody wants predictive data models to stop working for the people in medicine. Or translating ancient Pompeii texts. Or the other ways we were already using it. We want it to stop replacing workers, killing the environment, and stealing from artists. Hope that clarifies.
the worst thing about desktop linux is that if you're using wayland, you can't use screensavers. who cares if we need them or not? who doesn't like screensavers? 👎
Very curious to see which elements of Dreams are touched upon here. "UI" on Dreams meant so many different things, extending far beyond what my understanding of a game UI was. It had to be a game, a media platform, a multimedia creative suite and a social network, all crammed onto a PS4.

Announcing my new futuristic arcade snowboarding game that takes place in space! - inspired by SSX, with tricks, combos & boost - gravity bending tracks with lots of shortcuts - equippable gadgets like grappling hooks It's called CarveOut 2160, and you can wishlist it on steam! #gaming #indiegames
I think this is cool for a couple of reasons: 1) It's really cool! Look what this person made on the Playdate! 1/2
I was told you couldn't do 3D on the Playdate, so I did it. Then I was told there was no way I could create exterior levels like those in Mirror's Edge, so I proved them wrong again.
Ohhh goshhh *clutches pearls* how could we possibly tackle this? 😩 How about we ban them into oblivion and launch meta into the fucking sun?
Meta’s smartglasses mean any child can be covertly filmed. In the age of AI, how do we tackle that risk?
SPACESHIP SUNDAY!!! This doesn't exist but it SHOULD Here's my licensed Star Trek poster from a while back! The Enterprise, boldly going. Inspired by glorious retro technicolour vice-press.com/collections/... #SpaceshipSunday #StarTrek #art
I made a website that lets you cut out old magazines from the internet archive (or any PDFs you own) and make collage art out of them: ✂️ clipart.studio
oh hey i made this Cosmic Smash stick from the guts of a Dreamcast pad and my dad's table saw back in the day! it's missing a dust washer and one screw fsr but it still looks pretty sharp
Electronic surveillance hardly inspires reverence. Perhaps fear and obedience, but not reverence.
It’s actually not the second biggest curator, Steam has just consistently kept it at the top of the most popular page for the entirety of our baseless harassment. Isn’t that cool? 🙃 Anyway, if you’re looking for any new games to try, I’ve got an idea for you! 👀
Wait is "Sweet Baby Detected" really the second biggest curator on Steam? Jesus fuck nuke it from orbit already. 481,752 whiny little asswipes. I hope they all get their balls stuck in their zippers

The Dreamcast had so many great games and was a technical marvel for it's time Skies of Arcadia, shenmue, sonic adventure, jet set radio, phantasy star online It wasn't around long, but it released so many downright iconic games
The Dreamcast was only around for 18 MONTHS in North America with less than 250 games and yet it's 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 constantly talked about positively over 25 years later. That tells you everything you need to know about just how special this thing is.
Even after all these years I still find the fact that something like *this* was on the official soundtrack of a version of "Sid Meier's Pirates!" incredibly amusing. Only in the early 90s. 🏴☠️💿🔊🎶
He seemed harmless. Anyway, I scuttled the freighter and destroyed the stockpile of plague virus.
Thanks to all the Ridge-heads who grabbed a copy of One More Win, my Ridge Racer Type 4 fanzine. Physical copies are now on sale permanently at www.rocketbooks.shop!
The thing about social media age restrictions is that it treats today’s internet as an inevitability we all just have to deal with. The internet (and the WORLD) wasn’t like this until like four dudes were allowed to own & monetize as much tech real estate as they wanted. Fix THAT problem.
I played the star fox demo and came away feeling how a lot of Nintendo output lately (since about Mario Odyssey in retrospect) has lacked feeling. all the ui and brand wrappers seem so sanitary and uptight to me. Splatoon is the only Nintendo franchise with any sauce imo.
