My new horror novella, Doppel, is coming along nicely. Only three thousand words so far but I'm on a roll with the story. Small town horror, doppelgangers, and redemption.
So glad I dropped out of the HWA in 2022. Every year I’m given a new reason to never return. Impotent about anything that matters. The pro AI piece in their newsletter is the latest example.

Devilry In Godling Wood by @coyhall.bsky.social is a small town folk horror novel wrapped in a medieval setting and "devilry" is apt! This one is absolutely atmospheric and things will get terrifying! Highly recommend it.
