My days are filled with walking dogs, doing dishes, playing guitar, taking pictures, reading books, and making tv shows. Maybe not in that order.

Bash: "Jeanine Pirro…said in a court document…that they were trying to send a man who was innocent to jail based on lies about vandalism...As chair of the judiciary committee, does that bother you?" Rep. Jordan: "If those are the facts, of course. But I don't know that those are the facts."

The fact that VP JD Vance and Richard Grenell went to Romania—on behalf of the Trump Administration— to advocate for Andrew and Tristan Tate, who by all accounts, were rapists running a coercive sex ring, then permitted them to come to Florida, should be a crazy, crazy scandal.

The documents Trump cited don't even make his case - and actually refute much of it. But that didn'tg matter. No foreign regime, no spies, no saboteurs have yet matched the damage that America’s own president just did tonight to faith in U.S. elections. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...

Trump Just Did More Damage to Elections Than China

His speech was a mashup of charges that aren’t supported by the documents he released.

Assimilation isn't a prerequisite for birthright citizenship not even for naturalization, frankly. Folks that go down the assimilation train are telling you that they're a white supremacist.

"Liz Cheney offers an honorable example of principled inflexibility, except that today her opinions effectively count for nothing." Stephens' ungraciousness to Cheney shows he never learned that it is better to be good and unimportant than evil and important. Egoism is one way power corrupts.

In @nytopinion.nytimes.com Lindsey Graham “was willing to abase himself publicly before Trump” for power and influence, our columnist Bret Stephens writes. “But he didn’t abandon his core belief in the unity of interests of democratic nations against tyrannical foes.”

oil jumped ~9% yesterday- since yesterday evening, stations buying gasoline have been paying much more- but there's a lag- stations will have waited 12-24 hours before they *start* to move higher, even then, they're already behind. Look for ~$3.90/gal maybe today, then $4 soon.
