大概2017年的时候，老夫见了几十个企业家。听到的高频词是“养猪”。就是我们只是政府养的猪，等肥了再杀。那为什么明知“养猪”还要去做猪呢？可能有侥幸心理，或者至少养的过程很舒服。就算N年后被宰也值。政府宰猪也是笔收入，总而言之是个可持续的环境。 但如果杀的是别人家的猪，那就没有“养”的过程了。多小也杀。我听伍雷律师讲自己办的远洋捕捞案件，对于一些很穷的县，一两百万元的小猪，就能让当地公安局上下开心得像过年一样。也不管自己捕捞这百万元是不是给当地造成几个亿的损失，也不管这只猪会不会长大。这样一下子就把原本还能维持的循环给打破了。
