Persepolis 1 & 2 are beautiful graphic novels and a bridge between cultures. Seeing Iran history and life through the eyes of Satrapi as she grows up listening to Michael Jackson and Madonna and has a punk phase and turns goth and all that was mind expanding for me. What a loss. R.I.P.
