Misti is doing fabulously just over two weeks on. He had cancer in his back paw so they amputated his whole leg. Now he’s back to being a loving boy. Could you have a quarter of your body surgically removed and then be jumping around after two weeks? He did it after a day. Cats are astonishing.

FYI: Blanche rescinded the ORDER establishing the slush fund, not the underlying “settlement.” The settlement says any changes must be agreed to by ALL parties, not just Todd. This “rescission” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

I was chatting with a woman at the park who was raving about a new AI product that lets you generate videos of you telling stories to your grandchildren. She was shocked when I asked “why not just tell stories to your grandchildren?” I think I convinced her the AI product was stupid though.

My entire life I’ve never called it the FIFA World Cup. I’ve always called it the World Cup. Fans don’t give a shit about FIFA. If national teams showed up for a World Cup tournament not held by FIFA we would all watch it. World Cup is the brand. FIFA is nothing.
I gotta say. I’ve never seen the Europeans move so quickly, so unified and so resolute as when they basically told Gianni Infantino and FIFA to fuck off. Imagine a World Cup without European teams. The art of beating the colonizers is one of football’s great pleasures
