Also, my favorite thing about modern renditions of Sephiroth from a narrative standpoint is how his swordplay demonstrates his contempt for his opponents.
Dr. Johnathan Flowers, Bisexual of the Blade (Alt-text or DIE)@shengokai.blacksky.app · 2w agoNow, from a combat perspective Sephiroth lets his opponents in too close for such a long sword but this is forgivable when your attacks can launch people across parking lots. Also, Sephiroth always interposes his blade between himself and his opponent’s even when it’s not necessary.
