my brain finally clicked into place with the piece i'm working on so i gotta start over to get it right but here is a close up of some pixels of the digital art dead horse i've been beating
started going to life drawing sessions again and im shaking off the rust slowly
i'm currently reading one yellow eye and i keep having to put it down because i love it so much and i don't want to rush through a book for once in my life. i can tell it's gonna hurt my feelings at some point and im so excited for it

I haven't posted this one much since I painted it. I wanted to capture the feeling of the summer that this was painted in - here it was cool and rainy and I remember the hydrangeas were so full and alive. I wanted to try to recreate it so I could hold it forever.

By the way I accidentally discovered how you can add alt text to Instagram images. If like me you didn't know that was possible here's how 👇 That said I do not know how viewers access the alt text. I assume screen reader devices have access but idk how to click into it without one
