Dora B@heyitsdora.com · 2y agoWith the new year coming up, if you're struggling with guilt and frustration over broken resolutions, something that helped me was when my therapist suggested framing things as "wants" instead of "shoulds" to yourself. Not, for instance, "I SHOULD do this" but "I WANT to do this."
