you can tell things are going well because the secretary of transportation's briefing on a deadly airplane collision includes multiple preemptive pleas not to field any questions about the other three front page stories about american air travel
It's gross every time this happens and the reporter's colleagues don't take a second to stand up for them, but it feels especially heartbreaking that Collins is interrupted here to be put down while trying to ask about the survivors.

I wish video game ads were as whacky as they were in the 2000's. Could you imagine a TOTK ad where some kids miss the schoolbus, so they construct a crazy makeshift vehicle like in the game? Then they're just driving over other cars and flying off ramps. Emmy winning commercial for sure.
