I used this recipe and replaced the flour with King Arthur’s GF bread flour and used a bit more water. It doesn’t puff up quite as much as with the regular flour and it’s a bit closer to roti or pita than naan but it’s good!

Stella Sacco@antlervel.vet · 2w agoI’m going to cry, I’m having a friend over for dinner and I decided to try to make gluten-free garlic naan to go with the curried chickpeas and paneer and I just tried the first attempt and it tastes so good and the texture/chew is like 80% there (incredible for anything gluten-free lmao) 🙂🙂🙂
