Book 49 of the year: The Wrong Man by Chris McDonald. Great start to a gritty new Mancunian PI series. Loved Ethan and Amelia. Cracking book, highly recommended

I had a freakish amount of this sort of stuff on Bluesky yesterday. No coincidence it came in tandem with a rush of new readers for my blog. Getting shit from the people you don't write for is an inevitable byproduct of writing unapologetically for yourself and the other people you DO write for.

Offloaded a couple of huge bags of books to my friend’s little free library to make space. There is still no space, so these will have to live on the spare bed for now…
