Today’s fit check! Yes I did one, cause I’m proud of myself for the first time in a long while. Over the last year, I’ve lost 50lbs thanks to the unblocking of the artery in my neck, my meds, and diet/the little exercise I can do. I’m proud of myself for getting this far finally!!!
