There is beauty in rain, and there's beauty in sunshine. There's beauty in the clouds, and in blue skies. Sometimes, finding beauty is as simple as looking for it. How often do we let ourselves look? Take that breath, put away the distractions, and let yourself look 😘 Night night folks 🙂❤️❤️

Give this a repost if you can. Not for clicks, I'm not monetized, that doesn't matter. Repost to share this - the hate fades. The anger dulls. The future we dream of doesn't happen accidentally. It happens by choice. A platform is as powerful as we make it. Happy Sunday :)
I always say that it’s good to be in nature (surrounded by flowers and insects)… but to be in Nature (the scientific journal) is not bad either 😊

The hardest cosplayers have *always* been women.
Tranquility Press@tranquilitypress.bsky.social · 8mo agoNot gonna link to the giant freaking robot article, because they want the outrage clicks cos its the only way they get any traffic with thier mediocre writing, but I will say that if it wasnt for young women there would be no Star Trek and frankly there would be no Sci-Fi. Star Trek is for Everyone.
Heyoooooo this Enterprise D painting is five feet long and has taken me forever but it’s almost done!!! #StarTrek
If you see this, take a pause with me here. Take a breath in. Hold it for 3 seconds. Let it out slowly. You're going to be ok. Maybe you don't know yet what ok is going to look like, but all things pass, and this will too. You're going to be ok xxx Im proud of you

I know no one here has done this, but to the motherfuckers who are *already* sending hate to the cast of Starfleet Academy You aren't fans. You dont belong in this community. You have hate in your hearts. No one wants to know any more about you. To everyone - lets all of us be better than that

Today we honor the legendary Nichelle Nichols on her birthday. As Uhura, she didn’t just help define Trek, she changed the future. Her impact reached far beyond the screen, partnering with NASA to recruit women and people of color, shaping a real-life space program as bold as the one she imagined.
@karads9.bsky.social just wanted to wish you & your loved ones a Merry Christmas, however you're celebrating. 🌲🤗❤️

Blocking trans kids from care is evil. Its not 'caring'. Its not 'being a concerned parent'. Its evil. Its staring someone who is telling your their truth in the eye and saying truth means nothing, and your ignorance means more. Trans kids want to live. Deny them, and you want the opposite.

Why do we keep copying dystopian shit from fiction and none of the cool shit? I don't want real life Hunger Games or 1984. I want to see the replicator and holodeck from Star Trek happen instead.
The world is an increasingly dark place for a lot of people right now. I know that kindness won't change everything, but it can help someone get through today, or even tomorrow. That includes yourself. Be kind to yourself as well - you do deserve it, even when the weight of the world is on you xx

Imagine pretending that you've never heard of suffering. Imagine pretending that pain is meaningless. Imagine being a high-profile performer and pretending that 'let's all live together' brushes everything under the rug. Protect our #Trans family - ignorant apathy is running wild

What has the ECHR ever done for us? Quite a lot actually, and we wrote it too.
