God already built a wall through Big Bend — it's called the Chisos Mountains. We don't need to give billions of our tax dollars to out of state vendors. We don't need to desecrate this sacred land. We don't need this useless, disgraceful, corrupt Big Bend border wall.

OR... Hear me out, we could simply penalize AI companies into the ground for the grand theft they've committed in order to exist & the environmenal destruction. As someone who was an exec in tech for 17 years, I'm telling you... This is not a viable business built on customer need. It is a con job.

New Mexicans' voices must be heard! What happened last night in the Doña Ana County Commission hearing over Project Jupiter is unacceptable. New Mexicans have been clear: they don’t want their public lands, waters, and taxpayer dollars going to unchecked and unregulated data centers.

Regardless of how they remix the language, every super rich dude since the beginning of capitalism has only had one idea & it’s that by virtue of being in a position to extract more wealth from the labor of the collective than we ourselves are able to, they are entitled to more rights than we are.

Very cool that Shopify’s CEO thinks the poor should have far less of a vote than the rich. Still worth that ad read money, folks?

Shopify CEO Tobi Lutke says “good system.” In response to the following proposal: “Interesting... what about weighted voting proportional to the level of income tax you pay? (no income tax paid - O vote, $1-100k - 1 vote, $100-200k 2 votes and so on... cap it at 5 votes for $500k+. For those that constantly complain about the wealthy not paying tax/fair share they'd have nothing to worry about right? Why not reward representation of taxation and build a democracy around those that foot the bill?”
