Friendly reminder that Congress had enough phone calls coming in last February that it was actively causing the phone system to crash and they had to progressively work to upgrade it over several nights to ensure it could handle the call volume. If enough people call, it disrupts the system.

You also can get a script if you're like me and stumble over your thoughts.
