Progressive 10km on a running machine. I didn’t even watch a film while I was doing it! I am a better, more disciplined runner than I used to be. Slower, obv. But better and more disciplined nonetheless.
5km up, 5 somewhat faster km down. I should maybe be resting more after my #coast2coast, but the feeling of apparently being able to run forever, anywhere is just too intoxicating!

I honestly can’t understand why Elon Musk’s X isn’t banned in the UK. It has become a poisonous vehicle for spreading hatred and dissension, and is run by a white supremacist agitator, who explicitly incites violence. Surely there is a criminal sanction for this?

This is a major national security issue and absolutely nothing seems to be happening about it
Absolutely wild how right-wing commentators and politicians are just completely ignoring the attempted pogrom in Belfast. Families with kids rescued from homes set on fire. And these same people who smear peaceful protests against genocide as hate marches say NOTHING
