And every time you engage with this franchise, you signal to the industry that there's still money in it and they should keep pumping out content from full-cast audiobooks to book box partnerships.
if it's layoffs on ship no matter what, never pay that company for anything. why would you. your money will never reach anyone who worked on what you bought, or respected those people. you'll not be investing in anything in any sense software is on the honour system and these people have no honour

Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.

Today the Senate Commerce Committee advanced KOSA and three other bills from the "Surveillance Slate". We continue to oppose this legislation. These measures expand data collection, create new compliance burdens, and push age-verification infrastructure under the banner of child safety.

While the SCREEN Act failed in the committee, KOSA did move forward. Contact your senators immediately demanding it be opposed, and keep the pressure up until it comes to a vote in the Senate

The SCREEN act sounded horrible so glad it's dead for the time being, but KOSA and others are still a possibility, so don't stop fighting!

Thank fucking God, because it was essentially KOSA on steroids.
