Check out the Insights piece from A Blumenthal & L Dominguez Cadena on our discovery of CCDC134’s role in Gp96 stability and TLR biogenesis. Many thanks to the authors for discussing our work broadly, integrating recent studies by Rohatgi and Locher/Kaelin labs, and highlighting key open questions.

I’m thrilled to share our latest work from the @rebsamenlab.bsky.social, now published in @naturecomms.bsky.social! For the first time, we reveal the importance of the SLC15A4-TASL-IRF5 pathway in vivo. It was a great pleasure to contribute to this project!

Excited to share our latest paper out today in @naturecomms.bsky.social ! Great work led by postdoc Ales Drobek showing for the first time the critical role in vivo of the SLC15A4/TASL/IRF5 pathway that we discovered few years ago. #ImmunoSky #InterferoSky
