It is interesting, to me, that people will debate whether El-Sayed poses a threat to Jewish voters and not ask the same of Rogers's election denial.

Max Miller & Graham Platner are examples of men who perform masculinity in ways that men drool over even if it harms women. Democrats don’t need to follow the republican masculinity playbook to win men. My latest for @rewirenewsgroup.com rewirenewsgroup.com/2026/08/04/e...
What Is 'Edgelord' Politics—and Why Are Democrats Flirting With It Before the Midterms?
Max Miller, Graham Platner, and the rise of edgelord politics on the left. Democrats don't need toxic men to win young male voters. Here's why.

I was curious about what the report says, so here's the relevant section. Beyond the sloppiness (there's a sentence repeated twice by mistake), note how the report doesn't make any real effort to DENY the racial origins of the Act, but instead just takes umbrage at people pointing out the history.
A White House report has defended the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act, pushing back against its characterization by a Smithsonian Institution exhibit that the law was racially motivated. www.forbes.com/sites/stuart...

You know, in hindsight, that there was a show about a guy whose whole thing was that you can get more women by being mean to them was a sign that maybe we as a culture were headed somewhere bleak
The 2000s-famous pickup artist Mystery (remember him?) is posting AI-generated animations of a female character he says he’s fallen in love with. He even “wrote” a book about their relationship. I read it and found out that he thinks they’ve actually smoked weed and had sex together:
Criticism of AIPAC isn't necessarily (and often just isn't) antisemitic. But conspiracy (like the idea that AIPAC is responsible for sexual assault allegations against Platner) isn't criticism. By me for @forward.com forward.com/opinion/8368...

I have edited a lot of sexual-assault-accusation articles, and this one easily clears every veracity check: contemporaneous emails with her therapist, a boyfriend who knew, a woman she warned—all before Platner ran for office. Good on Politico for nailing it, and on Jenny Racicot for speaking up.

Also, when certain Jewish leaders imply that, for example, harshly criticizing AIPAC is somehow the same as criticizing 85 percent of American Jews, they are actually making it harder not easier to distinguish between the two
There are people using AIPAC as a slur to do rank antisemitism, but AIPAC is also a real actual thing doing real actual bad stuff and it can’t be the case that criticizing them harshly for it is equivalent to antisemitism.
