Amazing how a presentation from a "wellness expert" can leave some of us gasping at the sheer awfulness of the bullshit and multiple scientific errors and lies on display, but leave others in the same room thinking, wow, that was a fantastic talk, I must take this man's advice!

Another day haunted by a track on college radio. Around 5pm yesterday on WXDU (Duke) a track aired with almost dancehall bass, which segued into amen break-like fills & a vocal so heavily auto-tuned it sounded like an instrument. Searched all the playlists from around that time, so far nada... #WXDU
