Commissioning an artist over and over again is the greatest honor tbh, it's the closest thing we get in modern times to getting an old fashioned Art Patron, which is really every artist's dream 🙏 It also helps make their income more stable, so don't hesitate to recommission someone!!

There just isn’t another viable option, which is bad for our mental health and long term viability. You literally do have to buy from the artists you enjoy here if you want them to continue making work.
Help artists live by commissioning them. Support their creative endeavors. Boost their posts, especially for mutual aid and openings. Leave a comment on art that you like. Tell the artist why you like it! We really need a lot of support more than ever. Even more so if you are disabled!
