My little 13 inch CRT isn't that much lighter than my giant LCD. I've often thought of trying to find a bigger CRT, but I don't know where I could safely put it short of on the floor.

I don't know how I'd feel about the movie now or how it holds up, but the ending of Memories of Matsuko / 嫌われ松子の一生 reprises a Japanese version of Bend and Stretch, an old kids' song from The Romper Room, that's used earlier in the movie. And it fucked me up bad back in the day.
