Dear #microscopists, Anyone ever experienced a sudden drop of their staining quality? I am talking all antibodies looking 'glossy', 'hazy', and overall completely miss patterned. Changed secondaries, changed primaries, cells. I am stating to suspect something is wrong with fixation. Can PFA go bad?
