#AnthropolgoyAugust 9 Mountaineers The closest I have is a high mountain village of avian semians (half bird-half human). It's currently ruled by a human warlord but an avian princess is next in line for the throne and I think she'll make a fine leader. They live there because it's easy to defend.

My Lady Warrior Saga has a whole species of #AwesomeCharacters who are cat people. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the warlord king, Palo, who is a water mage, and scary powerful (but insecure). Most of the cat people are water mages. Palo is a snow leopard.

Been absolutely cooking on my WIP this month. I'm a teacher and my goal is to get my first draft as close to done as I can before September chaos kicks in. At ~56k of likely 100, so it's going to be very close. Everything is mapped out though, so we'll see! #amwriting #writesky #writingcommunity
