At the Rededicate 250 event on the National Mall today today, the product of a public-private partnership with the federal government to “rededicate America to one nation under God.” Lines to get in are huge.

Community matters, even in "red" South Mississippi. This is why we don't write off any part of the country, or define whole swaths of the country with "red" and "blue" labels. People are people, everywhere. And people like this, being in community with one another, is how we defeat fascism.
