This is unsuprising but crutial and of course it was burried until after they pushed through the supreme court guidance Here is evidence of a group of people who's lives were already harder before the Supreme court ruling but it is now worse and we can evidence it Shadow dropping this is so slimey

I'm seeing a lot of people invoke the figure of the intersex person in current discourse on sex and gender, especially in relation to the UK government's anti-trans segregation regime. But the actual voices of actual people are getting lost. This buried report offers vital evidence to counter that.

This is a really interesting set of results. A couple of things jump out, one of which is the difficulties intersex people experience accessing public facilities (this is timely given the EHRC Code of Practice).
