The first year we had smoke/high AQI in Seattle I ignored it/thought I wasn’t “sensitive”. Welp, turns out I am. If you feel crappy/tired/headachy guess what? You are sensitive too. Drink plenty of water.

“Unhealthy for sensitive groups” really burns me up (yes pun intended). All living beings are sensitive to tiny particles (PM2.5) in smoke AND exposure is cumulative. If you have to go outside, wear an N95 mask if possible, and limit your exposure. #wasmoke

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. If you're a young trans man or trans masc person who needs a dad today, congrats. I am your dad now. I am proud of you and what you've accomplished although some of your young person culture and choices perplex me. I am proof trans men can be middle aged married dudes. You can be too some day. Live.
