I had a moment today

The first year we had smoke/high AQI in Seattle I ignored it/thought I wasn’t “sensitive”. Welp, turns out I am. If you feel crappy/tired/headachy guess what? You are sensitive too. Drink plenty of water.

“Unhealthy for sensitive groups” really burns me up (yes pun intended). All living beings are sensitive to tiny particles (PM2.5) in smoke AND exposure is cumulative. If you have to go outside, wear an N95 mask if possible, and limit your exposure. #wasmoke

I got my first ARC! I started applying for them so I can get the cool sounding books ASAP, when all the reviewers I follow get them. I lucked out that I loved this one! I’m excited to be an official reviewer.✨ www.goodreads.com/review/show/...

I try not to read books with AI-generated covers but it can be hard to tell sometimes. I spend too much time zooming in and looking for signs. So I appreciate rough homespun cover art because it’s easy to see it was done by human hand.
