Not Trick, but a writer. Honestly anywhere that isn't a used bookstore. The royalties paid out for ebooks are pretty similar, ditto print. Though, guessing, direct from Amazon probably edges out for Rogues of the Republic. Feeder should be about the same $ everywhere.
