Not pining to return to an impossible publishing climate, but it was certainly cool when publishers found themselves treading water on a title they were obliged to keep printing and just turned it over to weirdos for the final gasps.

Every once in a while I read a new comic and something will happen in it that makes me know, instinctually, deep in my soul, that there wasn't a single woman with any sort of real creative input involved in its production The comic doesn't even have to be BAD! It's just...readily apparent.
