I'm about at my fucking limit. This cross-country move has pushed me to my breaking point, both physically and mentally. The moving company we used was completely incompetent, broke multiple pieces of furniture including my nice sit/stand desk, and packed things so poorly we can't find *anything*.

Back hurts like hell, feet and knees feel like pins and needles, I'm exhausted and my whole body aches. Been up all night long packing and prepping. Finally lay down in bed to rest. One surefire way to make sure I *never* listen to a DJ perform ever again is when they put a sudden ear-piercing scream at the beginning of their set as a high-volume jumpscare. Not only did it literally hurt my ears, it spiked my anxiety to 100 immediately, and is an accessibility issue for others.

While it's always good to get to see friends in person, enjoy the raves, and all the entertainment a con has to offer... I think I'm gonna be taking a long break before I consider going back to another convention. FWA had it's good moments, but it was filled with more disappointment than enjoyment.
Nothing like getting food poisoning on the *first day* of the convention you've been looking forward to for months... this is absolutely miserable. I've been up all night long and feel like death now.
