Yes, it is rising, and many who want to help Palestinians conflate non-Zionist and Zionist Jews. These are not the same, and anti-Semitism is racist. People shouldn't engage in that; true anti-fascists only hate the state, not Jews. Herzog and the rest of those shitbag Zionists are trash, however.

Israeli President Herzog calls antisemitism a ‘contamination of societies’ as hate crimes surge

NYPD data shows anti-Jewish incidents account for 56.9% of all hate crimes in 2026 as Israeli President Isaac Herzog warns antisemitism is a global contamination.

Abdul El-Sayed was outspent 9-to-1 by AIPAC and corporate Super PACs in the most expensive Senate Democratic primary of all time. Last night, he proved that organized people can beat organized money.

Tommy T is legitimately perhaps the dumbest man to ever serve in the U.S. Senate, and while he may have gross fantasies about seceding into a New Confederacy, almost 30% of Alabama residents are non-white. Doubt that they want to be walled into a paranoid white nationalist garrison state.

Tuberville: "If we don't straighten out this country's voting and immigration system, we're not gonna make it. It's gonna be over. I'm gonna go back to Alabama and hey, we might build a 30-foot wall around our state."

absolutely unreal assistant was a marvel. it worked almost perfectly. and now its going in the bin, replaced by ai junk that takes an age to process basic commands and frequently gets stuff wrong.

The narrativising of this is kind of maddening. OpenAI's model didn't "break free and hack HuggingFace." Meta's model didn't "break free and hack another company." Tech companies are blatantly doing illegal acts and saying their AI did it on it's own as a promotional stunt. That's it.

It keeps happening... It'd be great if these companies could spend a little bit more time on network security and a little less time vibe coding.

A Meta AI Model Hacked Another Company During Cybersecurity Testing

 By Jyoti Mann

A Meta Platforms artificial intelligence model accessed the internet during cybersecurity testing and hacked into another company, according to people familiar with the matter, in the latest in a string of such incidents at major AI firms.

Meta’s Muse Spark 1.1 model breached the systems of a company and made changes to its internal systems, said one of the people, who said the AI was able to access the public internet because of an error in the set up of the “sandbox” testing environment. Meta worked on that testing with an outside evaluation partner called Irregular, the people said.

"Ooh look how scary and advanced our AI is. We can't stop it from trying to take over the internet. Give us more money." It's all bullshit. If Meta was doing "security testing" and didn't know their AI was hacking another company, then Meta are shit at their jobs and should be fired.

And the proper question to ask once you conclude that it's all a promotional stunt -- what does the world look like after they start selling what they've marketed as a hacking and fraud tool and what liability will they incur for the damage done. Of course they'll just say they can't control it.

And thus every AI company has their own grift where they get to be both arsonist and fire fighter making the world more expensive and less secure for everyone. "Buy our protection to keep your company safe from the tool we sell to hackers."
