“Zelenskyy could’ve stopped this war many times, and he chose not to … he better damn well stop” — Trump is no longer trying to conceal that he’s fully on Putin’s side
“I’ve been very interested in the truth of what the CIA has been doing over the last 60 years, and the awful things they’ve done all around the world…We know what the KGB are like, but we probably don’t question the CIA’s activity as much as we ought to.” www.theguardian.com/film/2026/se...
Martin McDonagh says CIA has ‘done awful things all around the world’
McDonagh’s new film, Wild Horse Nine, stars John Malkovich as an agent in 1970s Chile who feels ‘guilt and regret’ over his role in global interventions

As Trump gifts Putin a financial and propaganda victory, let's take a moment to remember all those British politicians who have endorsed the US President and repeatedly hitched themselves to his egregious bandwagon.

I somehow think that the perpetrator expected to die anyway. This execution will be seen all over the middle East. He will be elevated to Martyr and the video will be used as propaganda by radical islamist factions.
He and the US are now directly responsible for the murder of Ukrainian patriots.
Trump’s hypocritical, macroscopic "diesel deal" with Putin exposes absolute geopolitical dissonance. It was Trump’s own unilateral, cataclysmic dissolution of the JCPOA that catalysed an existential, pointless war with Iran, fracturing global equilibrium only to grovel to a tyrant for oil.
Trump is a goddamned coward and a traitor to his country

A free press matters. So does an accountable one. Join Nafeez Ahmed, Lexie Kirkconnell-Kawana and Priyamvada Gopal, chaired by Mike Galsworthy, to ask what a better British media could look like. 📅 21 Oct, 7pm 🎟️ bit.ly/bettermedia
You can bet your ass Elon has already started his campaign of election fuckery interference!
Exactly what “standards” are those, Robert? You collude with pornographers over property deals. You take dodgy donations. You whore for racists and christofascists for personal gain. You betray your political allies, friends and your country to sniff at power. You have no standards. You’re poison.
‘Culturally British by my standards’ is one of the most chilling phrases uttered in British politics. Entirely unsurprising to me who it’s from.

How about this for facts. If Trump increased US diesel imports from Canada by 4%, he would gain as much fuel as from this Russia deal. But the US now hates their historic friend Canada and wants to buy from historic foe Russia’s Putin instead? Oh and the Canadians don’t offer bribes either?
Staying in the shade today, my nose had a fight with the sun and the sun won.
Recently learned that Ostriches do not bury their heads in sand when presented with danger. Time humanity stopped following that imagined example.
Wouldn't it be very unfunny if that diesel was coming from Iran. Bearing in mind Russia is struggling with its supply of oil following strikes on refineries by Ukraine.
So in order to try and bring down diesel prices in the US caused by his illegal war with Iran, Trump has broken his promise to Ukraine and international sanctions and made a deal to buy diesel from Russia who strongly supports Iran in the war with direct military intelligence against the US.
Let's see if 'Baron' Watson can defend the indefensible? #Palantir #NHS #PublicData #police #r4today #ukpolitics
Former Labour Deputy Leader Lord Thomas Watson, now Senior VP at Palantir UK, wrote to me defending their public contracts. Instead of trading letters, I’ve challenged him to an open, public debate. He can defend Palantir’s ethos; I’ll argue for public accountability. Will you accept, Tom?
Oh I love this, and completely agrees with my view of conservatives - 😂 This was recorded in the official parliamentary record (Hansard, vol. 183, col. 1592) during a debate in the UK House of Commons on May 31, 1866
