Worth supporting. Even if you never step foot in Tower Hamlets, if you like the idea of TfL not pointlessly burning money, this should be of interest! The precedent set by the previous decision is when TfL agrees a plan with a borough, and funds that plan, councils can't just bulldoze it all later.

If you live near or visit London Fields this may be of interest to you: consultation.hackney.gov.uk/housing-serv... A child was hit and injured here a few years ago. While we understand the desire to improve safety, this will in effect bar users of adapted cycles / mobility scooters / cargo bikes.

Out in Finsbury Park today with our neighbours @islington-council.bsky.social @rowchampion.bsky.social and Haringey Council’s Cllr Ibrahim Ali and @londoncycling.bsky.social looking at how to work with Transport for London to extend Cycleway C50 so we can ride safely through all of our boroughs.
