Wizards gains nothing financially by dual lands being $1000. The reserve list still exists because they’re afraid of a legal land mine if they eliminated it. It’s a 30yo promise they made which was a terrible decision but they’ve stated it’s not going anywhere repeatedly which just reinforces it

The new cards revealed today really make me smile. Some deep, deep cuts and several I didn’t even know or remember.

Kinda feels like we are getting to the last few turns in Civilization IRL
I think the great scientific question of this age is turning out to be: "Does being a billionaire turn you into an asshole, or are assholes just more likely to become billionaires?" It's early days, yet. But, so far, I think the balance of the evidence suggests strongly that the answer is both.
