Just added some thoughts on Mesmer to the thread I started a couple days ago and I’m instantly reminded why I don’t do a lot of talking on social media. I just feel like I’m talking to myself lol

I’ve been working on Mesmer for a couple years now, between editing & creating stories for other comics. Now that I’m actually Kickstarting it, and on the verge of being able to give it my full attention, all these thoughts of the process so far are flooding back to me.

What a weekend. Only got to do one day at comic con, Friday, but it was filled with seeing old friends, making new ones, and my first time at the Eisners! We didn’t win anything but what a rush still (the cookies they gave us might have played a small part in that). And then Sunday was my birthday.

A great write-up of a great panel on queerness and activism in comics! I was so lucky to be the clown on this one, among absolutely brilliant company.
