Italian photographer Valerio Minato spent 6 years trying to capture one perfect shot near Turin, Italy, where the Basilica of Superga, the Monviso mountain, and the Moon lined up in a single frame. Good Morning Blue Sky

Golden Wednesday. That was quite an unexpected end to my morning walk. After going up Glastonbury Tor in torrential rain, I was on my way home and the sky cleared in seconds!

Strange clouds and quite eerie colours this morning on Glastonbury Tor. This photo was taken about 30 minutes after sunrise. It was quite misty on the ground and very hazy but still made for a lovely way to start the week.

Tonight, I filled out my online ballot. I will print it out and mail it with international tracking postage. We do what we can, where we can, with what we have. VOTE. Also dang proud of myself getting this done and not leaving it to last minute. Future me will be so grateful.

I'm a pretty live and let live, but after watching a few (okay LOTS of) episodes of Escape to the Country, I yell at people who can look at an ADORABLE cottage from 300+ years ago and go "No, we want something that is boring and like everything else" like YOU WALNUT PASTRIES WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU???

It is so lovely to see my Equinox image in today's national press. I don't earn a lot of money from it but it does all count and is also quite exciting if I am honest to see my work published. Glast day of Summer did make me laugh a bit though 😂

Landscape with Couple Walking and Crescent Moon (also frequently cataloged or shared online as Landscape with Couple Walking) by Artist Vincent van Gogh. Year: Produced in 1890 (during his final months in Auvers-sur-Oise).

This evocative nocturne features a dark, heavily textured sky illuminated by a glowing crescent moon and scattered stars. In the foreground, two silhouetted figures stroll across a dimly lit field, framed by a dense wall of trees that underscores the vast and solitary atmosphere typical of Van Gogh's late expressionistic landscapes.

One of my favorite cases of someone being Wrong on the Internet was a very earnest, very confused vegan who was telling people how cruel honey is; and it eventually turned out they thought honey was made by putting bees in a centrifuge and spinning them around until they threw up.
