BREAKING: Judge Talwani denies DOJ’s request for a stay of her TRO pending appeal. In addition to noting that the TRO is not appealable, she adds, “[C]ontrary to Defendants’ cynical interpretation, the Supreme Court has not endorsed the view that any challenge to the Final Rule is now too late.”

#BREAKING: In the League of Women Voters case, Judge Talwani (D. Mass.) has issued a temporary restraining order freezing the USPS Final Rule on mail-in ballots from going into effect for 14 days (while the parties litigate whether she should enter a preliminary injunction blocking it indefinitely).
Every previous effort in every other country basically amounted to nothing but yes giving people double the annual average per capita salary does the trick. I mean it's a pretty good deal.

Before feeding the #FLSen primary into the maw of factionalism, maybe look at the map. Nixon won Duval County 80-20! Most of the heavily Black counties of the pandhandle she took by 70% or more. This is about pure, unadulterated post-Callais anger; Nixon was a face of the gerrymandering resistance.
