If you want to be fun at AI bro sessions just ask them, “now who is going to have control of that model that the frontline worker uses?“ because i cannot figure out how bosses who won’t trust their workers to hold the bathroom key are going to suddenly give workers’ control over an ai agent.

So AI's ability to produce bespoke tools for those who use it is really limited to that tiny subset. Also, writing code is a small part of even developers' jobs. Mostly it's comms and management
